E-toll invoice

I got an E-toll invoice yesterday, stating that I must pay R456. The vehicle in the picture is a truck and I don't even drive a truck and I have a code B license, how can I drive a truck a truck with a code B license, that makes no sense to me at all. I drive a VW polo vivo and I don't even live in Gauteng.

The number plate on the truck is CF 69864 and that is not even my number plate number and yet I got the invoice stating it's my number plate that on the truck. What bull garbage is that. I am not going to pay that E-toll invoice, I refuse. The exact thing happened three years ago. Can this **** please be sorted. Now this invoice is hanging on my name, address and ID number. Where would they get my information if I don't even live in Gauteng?!

Please don't waste my time with useless **** and this is really ****ing me the fock off. The first incident was sorted, why is it happening again? Why? I had to drive up and down to sort this nonsense out and who is paying me for my time, petrol and effort and it's not even my problem. Sort out this duplicate number plates ****.
