E-toll forcing change of password

I have been registered for etoll since day one and have paid every month. At the end of September I attempted to log on and was told that my password had expired and that I need to register a new one. Who would want to go to my etoll account and what could they do other than pay it!!! I have been trying unsuccessfully to change my password since then, having contact them via email repeatedly and this week a visit to the outlet in ****arney shopping center - to no avail. Why make it so difficult for people who are paying you!!
