E-Tag Concession Discount Frustration

<p>I have been hitting a dead end since the 24th May 2017 in connection with trying to get a concession discount on my e-tag. I have previously been using my frequent user card as I use the Mariannhill Toll over 88 times per month but when I went to renew my card they said only e-tags are being used now and I will need to apply for a concession discount on my new e-tag. I have been transferred from SANRAL to N3 concession lines to Mariannhill and so forth as each person/department kept saying I will need to phone and apply for this discount. But not one person or relevant department could assist me. It is extremely frustrating as I spend a lot of money going through the toll. Before it was a simple process where I simply swiped my card and then credited at the end of the month. There are people who have been told they will get the discount through a system of "free trips" versus a credit system but they have not been granted this. </p>
