Double e-toll payments

My son and daughter wanted to go through the Kroondal toll gate today in two different cars, the tag responded, but the gate did not open. When my daighter went through the attended gate, the attendant responded " it's not my job to report it". As i am the account holder it means I paid double at the gate. This is how the citizens of SA gets de*****ed.
