Default account for period I dis not own this vehicle

To whom it may concern REF: ********** I received this Sanral account dated 15/3/2015 I DID NOT own this vehicle at that time. I AM NOT responsible for this payment. Please check your records that the license must have been changed LONG AFTER this date. SANRAL changed the license number. THIS WAS NOT THE LICENSE NUMBER PLATE that was driving the car,and it was registered to SOMEONE ELSE AT THAT DATE. I bought my car 24th March 2015 Now I must jump through hoops and get an affidavit, go to the traffic department, post documents and god only know what else. Please send me a summons to appear in court or stop talking chances and try to make me pay for something I DID NOT DO. Thank you
