Cresta E-toll Shop not helpful!

I will NEVER ever walk into Cresta E-Toll shop again at Cresta Centre, they are the most unhelpful people I have dealt with, would not assist me with my frustration, I am deciding to join Outa because it is a complete frustration to deal with Sanral, the staff at Cresta totally did not want to listen to my frustration, including the Manager whom was not interested at all either!

The service at Cresta Centre Shop is like going to JHB City Council, same level of service!
