Accounting issue

I have uncleared entries on my credit card that block me from closing my account at ABSA. I did visit the branch at Mall@Reds with new card detail, also asked if they can help, on SARAL system, it show no outstanding entries. I did log a complaint at SANRAL but just don't get any results, so I sit with an CC that I don't use, however it cost me money as SANRAL can't help to get the 4 unclearef transactions remove from my CC.
