Poor service

Today the 03rd November 2023 I went to the Clinic for consultation. I was at the Clinic from 10H30 and i was only assisted at 16H35. . There were small kids which could have been given first preference but no they also waited untill 16H11 to be assisted.

Something needs to be done cause the standard of service is very poor at that vicinity. Waiting 6 hours before you get help.

The ministry in the health should visit this kind of institutions and see how things are being done. This is really wrong.
