Horrible service

Horrible service. A lot of things went wrong and they change an agreement. Gave me different account numbers to send money into. The worse part, I have been asking about the delivery and they never mentioned that I need to pay R5999 which is refundable but still this should have been discussed prio. That there is an insurance that I need to pay for the puppy. I would never recommend them to anyone. Bad service and communication.
