Horrible service
Horrible service. A lot of things went wrong and they change an agreement. Gave me different account numbers to send money into. The worse part, I have been asking about the delivery and they never mentioned that I need to pay R5999 which is refundable but still this should have been discussed prio. That there is an insurance that I need to pay for the puppy. I would never recommend them to anyone. Bad service and communication.

Horrible service

Sand Paws is not a trusted company
There should be a warning sign on this website. I was ****med when I purchased two female puppies from them. After I paid the R5,000.00, they were unable to provide a timeline for when the puppies would be delivered from Bloemfontein. I did receive an invoice for the purchase of the puppies. They claim to be a PTY LTD company; there is no registration number on the pro forma invoices. The courier service DROPIT EXPRESS does exist in Botswana and the Northern Cape. No courier service asks for an insurance deposit of R7,990, and then it's refundable.

Here's the revised paragraph: "I'm writing to report a **** I fell victim to. I found a website on Google advertising a dog named Kia, and after inquiring, a person contacted me on WhatsApp claiming to be from the Free State. They promised to deliver the dog, which was fully vaccinated, and asked for a deposit of R2,500. I paid, and they then requested a delivery fee of R499. I paid that as well, and then they asked for R5,990 for pet and travel certificates. Despite paying, I've been unable to reach them, and the promised delivery hasn't happened. They've made various excuses, including needing more money for vaccines. They are a **** and blue tick people. "
