Wild card disappointment

I am very frustrated with the poor service received by Cape Town wild card holders. The cards are expensive - nearly R1000 and yet SAN Parks can't sort their systems out. We have to carry paper proof of our wild card membership because most of the CT parks can't log into the updated records and so our card constantly reads \expired\" when they check our details. Surely all that is needed is a decent computer programme? Alternately we should receive a NEW card each year with the expiry date printed on the card. Why should we pay so much for a card that doesn't work? It is not convenient to carry letters that don't fit into wallets or that can be forgotten. Surely so many years down the line this should have been sorted out? There are MANY CT card holders who feel this way."
