why bother choosing a unit if some SANparks person will just change it for you.

I am so cross right now I can have a fit. We had to change our booking for July becouse of covid to Sept 24-27 . We booked a BE3. I had a conformation email yesterday 22/9/20 confirming our booking BE3. Origional we booked a 3bed unit that is a bigger unit. ( my choice) Today i wanted to add on someone to joi us. as i have enough space, and can you believ it my booking was changed at Skukuza to a BG2. A smaller 2 bed units. I tried alling the camp and all their no just rings. I got a cell no for the Duty manager Akani. He was extrealy unhelpfull. telling me the BE3 is under resevations. so when did they go under resevations this morning. My booking was confirmed for BE3. The funny thing is i have been emailing ***; *** since June to make sure our 2 units is next to eachother. Not once has anyone of them bothered to answer my email not to let me know that the BE3 units is under restorations.
