What's the use of My Green Card if you are two couples and you have two IDs from both sides

On the 8th of February 2020 around about 13:45 PM had to turn back from Cape Point main gate after driving all the way from the Cape Flats for a silly identification process SANPARKS has. It was me, my wife also accompanied by my inlaws who are also married couples. At the gate I produced my SANPARKS My Green Card and my drivers license. A week before I was there with four adults and I had to produce two identification documents. What I find pecu**** is that why must I pay again if one of my companions do have an ID but I have My Green Card. The thing is when you pay by cash you are only receipted and you don't have to produce any ID at all. When I asked to speak with a senior I was made to speak with a security guard. I'm amazed by the level of *******ion in this country, THE STAFF was totally unprofessional and shown no work ethics and customer service. Since I was referred to table mountain to file my complaint. I kindly ask The Minister to interrogate this process.
