Water hole not floodlit

I am local and stayed with overseas guests (family and friends) for 5 nights at Frankel guest house Satara in March. One of the best if not most expensive accommodation in the KNP. The guest house water hole floodlight did not work for the duration of our stay. This resulted in a major disappointment to all the guests as it is the major highlight for staying at Frankel. Apart from the usual minor irritations one is used to and must accept when staying in the KNP, (I suppose we have been conditioned), the stay was enjoyable. Why the management did not count the cutlery to make sure there is enough for the 10 people who stayed I cant comprehend. A two slice toaster to cater for 10 people? We had to request an additional fridge to accommodate 10 peoples food and drink for 5 days (the booking stated 10 pax 5 nights, how difficult can it be? It is plainly obvious that there is no daily system check or process to ensure the holiday experience is the best it can be. If there had been proper checks and engagement with the guests I would not be writing this report. For the record I did express my disappointment to the camp manager when I left, who basically shrugged his shoulders Eish!
