Very Late Gate!

Arriving at 05:15 at the Phabeni gate, only to start moving in at 06:30 was very dissappointing. No one seemed to comminicate with the visitors and when asked, they blamed the new system.<br> This is ridiculous service for people traveling from far.<br> I have been a regular visitor for 28 years and have seen the level of service only decline.
