Useless administration process

I made an online booking for stormsriver mouth and we wanted to know if the unit is in the front on the beach. We went to the head office and was assisted by a very helpful gentleman which informed us that he doesn't have a site map and can't even tell us where the unit was located. He gave us two numbers of the camp to phone. The one number does not exist and the other just kept ringing. I then sent a mail and was ignored. This is unacceptable as we made the effort to book almost a year in advance.
