Terrible service

We visited cape point

When we paid for the tram for the two elders that was with us, the lady said she does not have any change and just took the R200 for 2 tickets

When rest of us walked to the top there is a lady at the curio shop that sells ornaments but she can't sell water as its not here job.

I feel sorry for the tourists visiting this place as they are ********** from head to toe. I as a South African am use to bad service.

When you ask if there is someone in charge they say "no he is not here"

It's sad that *******ion has even taken over our South African National parks.

Our beloved country, destroyed by *******ion and crime.

Just to prove it we arrived at around 12. There has been 200+ people up with the tram and she still doesn't have change?
