Shabby Staet of Affairs

Good morning - we have just been to Kruger Park and are horrified at how some of your camps have deteriorated! Seems maintenance has flown out the window. I noticed the chairs in the reception at Mopani belong on the ******* dump! The ones at the pay-points at Crocodile Bridge are brand new so why are some replaced and not others? The bungalows are also shabby and are long overdue for maintenance. My family members had paid in advance for Skukuza and were given rondavels they had NOT requested! The one they were given was filthy. My elderly mother sent me photos of the fridge where the deepfreeze section was dirty. How in your right minds can you expect paying guests to use dirty fridges and this during a pandemic!!!! The Baron is shocking. Sold out at take-away section. I will be sending them a message on the shocking state of their furniture. Again, people are paying yet are expected to sit on furniture that is filthy and fabric is tearing apart - also belongs on ******* dump. Afsaal is looking amazing and Lower Sabie was excellent. Surely all amenities should be in same perfect condition. Its a shambles and absolute disgrace! Kind regards, Celeste
