Sansparks not reasonable;le

Im very disappointing in SAN PARKS, We had a booking in April just after lock down. I asked my money back they said i need to change my dated. My husband is also working for tourism and his salary was cut. Sanpark wants a letter stating that they want a letter from is boss. His boss is a boelie and my husband said he is not prepared to get a letter. I gave sanparks my husbands employers name and tel number and said they must phone his boss. I paid them R6000. please help me getting my money back
