SANPARKS YOUR SERIVCES ARE A DISGRACE!

Sanparks online booking is an absolute nightmare and in spite of their claim that discounts and credits will be app**** prior to the payment process, this is not the case. Then when you call their reservations there is no response during the stipulated offices hours (as per their answering machine message), added to this, when you email them there is never a response. It's no wonder people are forever complaining on social media about your incompetence, it appears to be getting worse and worse as time goes by. Perhaps it is time for this corporation to be privatised to bring back SERVICE and PROFIT to what could be a major gold mine in this flailing economy.
