Sanparks Wild card service let down

Wild card department was so unhelpful. I needed a new card and at first they said I couldn't get one, as I had already been issued one a few years back. Then finally someone said I could pay to get it replaced. The tone of their emails is so rude and condescending and they were so unhelpful to begin with. What an unpleasant experience!!!! Hope I do not have to deal with them ever again!!!
