SANParks were keen to assist after the Covid-19 embargo!!

I had a reservation at Addo for a weekend with mates (for my birthday). Covid-19 cancelled that!

So when the bookings opened again I contacted SANParks an Afrikaans lady by the name of Grieta or Rita (I'm English speaking) was UNBELIEVABLY helpful - to the point of noticing I'm a Pensioner and enrolled me onto the Pensioners' discount program...

I had to pay in another R66.90 (not sure why but...) she helped me through the entire process and confirmed my/ our new booking in minutes.

Well done and thank you for prompt, efficient service so my mates and I can enjoy our favourite local Park.

Good service should not go unrewarded!!!
