Sanparks *****ing

I went to the Tokai branch to get a new card - I paid R180 and then was asked to try again because it 'didn't work'. I was charged R180 twice and the additional R180 was not returned to my account. It has been about a month of email correspondence with the centre and nothing has been done about this. I have sent my bank statements (over unsecure email which I am not comfortable with) and have had to jump through so many hoops already. This is unacceptable.
