SANParks reservations and Customer Care

I was so excited to show my friends here in Germany our beautiful country. Now, thanks to SANParks reservations and Customer Care, I am so embarrassed, and 5 more people will likely never want to visit South Africa. South Africa cannot afford one of our biggest drawcards to just be throwing tourists away like this, and as such, have reported SANParks to the Dept of Tourism.
