Sanparks reservations

Trying to make a booking or get help to change an existing bookings a nightmare. The online booking system was most frustrating, as I am paying it throws you out and says the accomodation is no longer available. Try phoning central reservations....you may as well call home affairs. No answer after holding and holding. I love the Sanparks reserves and I a frequent visitor but you pay a premium to stay in the parks and the service ( which services an international market) really falls short.
