SANPARKS - Pretoriuskop NO WATER!!!

I recently booked a weekend in the Kruger National Park, Pretoriuskop camp, for 4 people. Needless to say, we got there 4/08/2022 and check in, to hear another guest complain about not having water. The reception staff tell her, an Elephant damaged a water pipe, the maintenance team is on it. So, I relax. 5 Aug, we wake up, still no water, no toilets can be flushed and it STINKS! We can't shower or bath either. We drive to a different camp, shower there, drive through the Kruger Park, return to Pretoriuskop around 5pm, check in at reception and ask, what is happening with the water. We get told, the water would be on by 7pm! Guess what? NO WATER AT 7pm, because 7pm was the time the staff finished for the day and didn't need to deal with our complaints. 6th Aug, still no water! The TOILETS are PILED SKY HIGH WITH FECES!! It stinks, IT IS A HEALTH RISK! We stay in, in order to get the office open to speak to the manager. We find him by a tanker, they eventually got in that morning. He claims there is a water pump problem. My partner is a pump expert and said he could help. Then we were told, they don't know what the pump problem is, as they are not in technical ........

I WANT A FULL REFUND FOR THE FULL 3 DAYS WITHOUT WATER as I had to drive kilometers to another camp site in order to shower.

You took a HUGE risk with our health, as the toilets couldn't flush, there was NO running water to clean ourselves, our hands, faces, wash ANYTHING! How is this acceptable????

I have been sending emails and trying to phone the customer care line..... guess what? The phone rings and rings and dies.
