SANParks - Poor

I am disappointed with this organisation. After requesting an upgrade to my package, I was told I would need to purchase a new package first, and only then would they refund my initial purchase. It’s been nearly three weeks now, and despite reaching out multiple times, I have still not received any response.

Be cautious when purchasing from SANParks - you may not receive the level of customer service they claim to offer on their website.
