Sanparks - Kruger Park deteriorating

We recently stayed in Berg en dal camp family cottages.

Apart from the non-responsive booking agents we managed to get a booking. Upon arrival we were given cottage 47 - Some of the beds still had food in and wasn't cleaned . We had to share 2 beds due to bed bugs in the others eating us alive. The places are in serious need of a referb as beds are stained, linen torn , cupboard doors falling off... Upon me complaining at the reception desk the next day we were given an option of 3 other cottages we could inspect - 1 was occupied by people as we unlocked and walked in - both parties startled. The other cottage was slightly better (Handicapped unit = less used) You pay a lot of money per night and conservation fees - they can really improve the offering.
