SANPARKS: Great service and exceptional client care during COVID-19 cancellations.

We had to cancel our reservations at De Hoop Campsite and at Kwass se Baai in the Richtersveld and Namaqwaland National Parks just days before our occupation date. This was due to the adjusted level 4 Covid-19 travel restrictions announced. What amazing, professional and companionate service did we get! They accepted the cancellation, reversed the cancellation fees and will repay the full amount I have paid within 7 days.
