sanparks and debit cards

i called today at 8:45 / 23/09/2015 to book a day visit at the phalaborwa gate . as to my knowledge you can make an eft payment and fax the proof. i told the desk clerk at the the number *** that i do not own a credit card i wish to pay directly in to there account. they refused and said only credit cards. then why do they they advertise all the other payment methods. i think its unfair . as to read about the other clients credit card failures i sure as hell wont do a credit card payment even if i had one. im starting to think that sanparks only caters for overseas clients. this is my land more than its theres and that you should cater to us first .
