SANParks Admin doing great work!!!

I made a booking for Namakwa Park and had to make adjustments to dates. The Internet service would not allow me to complete my process - even though I have done it before.

I sent an e-mail with the booking ref numbers to admin at Sanparks to enquire about the way forward. Within 24 hours (much less than 24) I got a reply from Nthabiseng Mohlatlole who not only responded but also confirmed the changes from her side. Letters of confirmation sent and all sorted - all in a mornings' work and even before teatime done and dusted.

I really appreciate the service and wish more people would know about the excellent work they do.
