Refuse to reimburse payment in case of Medical Eme

I am working in Mogadishu and my next leave was planned for 17 February 2016 to 15 March 2016. With these in mind I have booked a family holiday from 23 to 29 February 2016 on booking reference number R*** and from 26 to 28 February 2016 on booking reference numbers R*** and R***. On 06 January 2016 I had a heart attack in Mogadishu and I was treated in Nairobi. On 20 January 2016 I returned to South Africa and I was supposed to return back to work in Mogadishu on 17 February 2016. I was supposed to return back to Mogadishu on 17 February 2016 and on 25 January 2016 I requested the SANParks to changed our reservation dates as follows: Reservation number R*** from 3 to 9 February 2016 and reservation numbers R*** and R*** from 5 to 7 February 2016. On 2 February 2016 I had a follow up appointment with Cardiologist Dr LB Osrin and he realized that I still had a serious blockage of an artery in my heart which could be fatal if I have another heart attack, and he has scheduled emergency procedures for 4 of February 2016. I then requested the Reservations Department of SANParks to move or refund the reservations and they refused to do so.
