Pretorius Kop incompetence

<p>We had booked 2 x Camp sites for 3 days, initially we were only 2 people on the first night and one other guest booked in the followin day. <br />Accomodation was booked for a total of 8 people. On the Sa****ay two other guests arrived that would only stay for 1 night. Thus totalling 5 pax. The campsites booked were cancelled without letting me know. Thus having received full payment for 8 people, and reselling the paid sites I had booked. <br />Recharging my guestes. On the SAME REFERENCE number. Thus commiting ***** and charging VAT twice, clearly *******!!<br />When we asked fr a refund there were MANY excuses and clearly no urgency from the Duty Manager or client service OF ANY ANY standard.<br /> <br />Total incompetence from the receptio from Deputy Manager and Meisie Sanderson!!! Pathetic!!</p>
