Pre-Booked visit

I paid R120 to prebook our visit to the park because of the long weekend. Just to get chased away in the most unfriendly and embarring way at Phambeni gate.<br> Just to hear the very unfriendly lady tell someone over the phone that if you are in the cue you will not be turned away.<br> Why then prebook if I still have to stand in the cue??<br> Not allowed to pass the other cars who did not prebook. <br> Why so unfriendly? R120 wasted!!!!<br> But you don't worry because I'm just a small little fish in the sea.
