Poor CRM from staff

Firstly, no one answers the phones at the Tokai office. First time I got there, I was told they don’t work/ can’t do anything when it’s loadshedding. I understand, and head back home to come when it’s not loadshedding. The next day I came through at 15:30, as they close at 15:45. The rude, dismissive lady that works in that Tokai office then tells me she needs to go out (fetch someone) so she’s shutting her PC down. I’ve done permits there before, and it usually takes 10-15 min max. But this lady refused to help, even though I came there 15:30.

Such folk is the ones that give any government service a bad rap. I’d never have someone like that on my work squad, ever.
