Personnel and Service

I visited Golden Gate National Park on the 19th-20th September 2015 and stayed overnight in one of the chalets, the facilities were well kept, neat and clean but what impressed me most were the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at reception and in the restaurant. They are an example of fantastic customer service. Well done to SAN Parks and their personnel. Made me proud to be a South African.
