Pathetic Sanparks service

Realy no communication from Sanparks refunds office, on 12 December 2022 I send a request, with all the info they need, to Sanparks refunds to refund the credit on my account, till today 28 January 2023 I have not recieved any communication from them to tell me what is happening with my refund, absolutly pathetic service, please get a life and start doing the job you get paid for!!!!
