overcharged and unwilling to refund
I went to visit the Kruger national park. Upon arrival I decided to pay with my debit card. The service was ok. The entry fee for 2 people we were told is a R140.00. Upon my sms notification witch I only saw after 16:00 I saw that the guy took R210.00. I phone the gate and the lady was not able or willing to help me. I get the distinct impression that they do not want to refund the money they overcharged me.

I wonder. Must I accept the theft of my money by people who are held responsible for our wildlife.
