MODIFICATION FEE

<p>I am a new visitor and made a booking at Stormsrivier for this coming school holidays. The last time i went on leave was more than 7 years ago. I was really looking forward to this visit. Unfortunately i had to move the booking to Golden Gate.<br />Sanparks charge R2128 to move the booking still inside the same company. I would recon it is fair to charge R300-R400 to change the booking.I might cancel my booking and lose more or less the same.I would like to refer you to page 2 of the deposit request letter-Terms and conditions.Nothing about a modification fee.I did not cancel..., i changed the booking.<br />This is unfair</p>
