Les than 1 star service for SANParks

With eskom South African r used to bad service, but Sanparks tops it all!!! I am planning a trip Mozambique, Simbabwe, South Africa with a couple of friends. we visiting 6 national parks and stay in 4. THE ONLY ONE, who does not get a booking right is Sanparks!!!! We wanted to book and get acc. close too each other. in the beginning (about a week) apparently the phone lines where down. when I eventually got thru to the camp I wanted, the Sanpark lady not even knew the layout of the camp she is working and sitting in! Than we needed to get all of a sudden our business registered (dealing with sanparks for more than 10 years, never an issue). For more than 4 weeks we getting appointment after appointment. The consultant is sick, the consultant is on holiday, the consultant was in an accident. (Only ONE PERSON at Sanparks can do the registration??? So we told!) If I could I would avoid any and every sanpark in the country from table mountain, Good hope, Kruger Mapungbuque the lot.
