Kruger Park nightmare

My family and I went to the Kruger Park on June 14 and entered through the Malelane gate for a day trip. First off there we're no signs advising people on what to do and eventually we parked and my wife stayed with the vehicle while my Father and I proceeded to walk to the gate to see what we need to do. Yet again there we're no signs or indication of what to do when we eventually found out what we need to do from other people in the cue. There was no person at the exit gate and when people arrived to try and exit people in the cue went to find someone to assist the people trying to leave. When we finally reached the front of the cue a very friendly lady assisted us (Joyce Ubisi) she was a pleasure and very friendly. However when I got back to my vehicle I was met by my wife in tears because a security guard Jabulani Mhlombe was extremely rude to her when she asked if both vehicles must move to the same area to keep vehicles together as we were part of the same party and was repeatedly told to not question and to do as she was told and move the vehicle into an area were I was parked in. I then found him and asked who his superior was and he refused and was rude to me. Never again
