Ignored and unresolved refund

<p>Sanparks agreed to refund a portion of a morning walk activity (6 people) due to rain. I was given a refund notice by the camp reception. The payment was due into my bank after 7 days ie January 14th. After 4 e mails to reservations, which have been ignored and now 3 telephone calls I am still in the dark about the status of the refund as at January 28th.</p>
