Hot and Cold confusion

For Sanparks and KZN Wildlife....you do a superb job, but why, oh why, are the basin, bath and shower taps unlabelled for hot and cold. Customers have to fiddle with mixer levers, sometimes wasting a lot of water to find out what goes on, and can even exposed to the risk of burns, as someone we know suffered while using a shower. Overseas in some countries it is a legal obligation to see that all water taps are clearly and correctly marked. Why not here?
