Great hospitality

We recently booked a camping weekend at Mapungubwe. On arrival at the camping site, there was no electricity and as a result also no water (the water pump was not working).<br> <br> We didn't feel that we could stay there, as we have two small children and it would just be too difficult to camp with the kids on a site without water.<br> <br> When we complained to Sanparks about the situation, they upgraded our accommodation to the Tshugulu Guest Cottage, which is beautifully luxurious accommodation.<br> <br> Thank you so much! We were indeed very happy campers!
