Game drive vehicles allowed to jump the queue at Crocodile bridge

We booked to enter the Kruger National Park on 2/4/2018 as day visitors via Crocodile Bridge .We were in the queue at 05h45 and the line was already 5 kilometres long.We waited for 2 hours and 15 minutes to get to the gate before crossing into the park.While in this long queue, game drive vehicles were allowed by the Sanpark officials to pass everybody in the queue.Why are they allowed to skip the long queue?I booked long in advance but still had to wait patiently. Surely they must also wait in line like everybody else? When we eventually got to reception,we had to wait another 30 minutes because only 2 people were on duty.While driving in the park these same game drive vehicles were speeding and pushing in at sightings to get a better view.They don't consider the other visitors and Sanparks just allows them to do whatever they want.We had a horrible day at the Kruger and I probably wont go there ever again.I would just like to know from Sanparks why the Game drive vehicles are allowed to jump the queue and drive like maniacs in the park?
