Made a reservation online and had to cancel it. They refunded the money and 2 days later deducted it again. Now my bank account is in overdrive because I did end up making a different reservation (I just chose different dates) and so they took money for both. I contacted them via email and nothing. Still no money in my bank wich I am paying R600 for every day because I spent more than I had and it’s all their fault. Do not make online reservations it is not safe and they take your money without your permission. There is no active reservation and still they took my money? Not ok! I am loosing so much money right now It’s not even a little money problem anymore.
