Embezzling of money

I organised a three days two nights camping at the Skukuza Camp Site from 23/10/2015 - 25/10/2015. I arrived at 18:30 and was waiting in the queue with another car to be fetched by the manager on duty at the Kruger Gate. When someone arrived, the SanParks official insisted on cash payment of the R500 from both cars before entering. When the customers inquired about payment via credit card, the official indicated that that is not possible. Eventually, both cars paid R500 each to the official (i.e. R1000), however, only the first car got the receipt of R500. The second car when enquiring about the receipt, it got ignored by the official and then again at the reception. The logic conclusion can be drawn is that the money has been embezzled. I have traveled extensively to other SanParks, and have been charged the after-hour fees as well. But I have always been able to split the charge with the cars that been fetched at once and always been given a receipt. Kruger National Park has been regarded as one of the popular tourism destinations, if this is the attitude and happen to me then it is more likely happened before and will happen again. That is not ACCEPTABLE!!
