Ebb n flow wilderness sanparks

Been trying to get hold of Ebb n Flow sanparks for a week it's impossible to get hold of reception as No One answers the phone no matter how many time you call and follow the very unclear instructions when calling the park . Trying to confirm our booking but getting no help and if they pick up the phone they just drop the line again very frustrating
