Crocodile Bridge camp Kruger Park

Serious management failure at this camp!!!! I stayed in 4 camps over 12 days in the Kruger Park mid-October with the longest and last stay at Crocodile Camp. On arrival,the receptionist was disinterested and unfriendly and informed us the bungalow would not be serviced during our stay due to Covid rules. When I queried this ,as all the other camps serviced their bungalows daily,she insisted it was the rule. I asked to speak to the Camp Manager only to be told he was on leave. I asked to speak to the acting Manager and was told to give her my cell number and he would call me.....I am still,one week later,waiting for that call. After our second day in the camp,our bungalow started being serviced on a daily basis. The only smile in that camp was from a charming cashier in the shop and the security as we left the Kruger Park. There is a definite need for training on customer relations in that camp as the other camps were fine.
