Could not enter Kruger after booking payment. Need my reservation refund.

<p>Good day.</p> <p>On the 24th December I paid a reservation amount under booking ref:R ********** to go to Kroger National Park Pundamaria gate and I went there but could not enter. On the 26th December I notified Sanparks so they can refund me and they are not responding to my mail. I tried calling them countless times and no response (Phone rings until it hangs). I need someone to speak to about this as I can't just loose over R300 reservation fee.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks.</p>
